Cancellation Policy

​I understand that sometimes life happens.
To be effective & fair to all clients, the following policies are to be followed:

​24 Hour Notice Required
Please do me the courtesy of letting me know if you are unable to keep your appointment at a minimum of 24 hours. If you are unable to give notice you will be subject to the full amount of your appointment. Fee must be satisfied before scheduling your next session.

No Shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be considered a "no-show" and will responsible for the full amount of missed appointment. Fee must be satisfied before scheduling your next session. 

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate the appointment following yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of respect & consideration for your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly to be on time to get the most out of your session.
